LOCATION: The subject property is located 12 miles north of the city of Marysville, California.  The orchard borders Ramirez Road on the west and the Yuba/Butte county line on the north.

INGRESS/EGRESS: Ramirez Road is a well maintained Yuba County Road with easy access off State Hwy 70.

ACREAGE:  73.45 deeded acres m/l, containing 64.8 m/l, acres of mature  (15 year old) French Prunes (pic).
