LOCATION: The property is located on
Norman Road approximately four miles east of Interstate 5. Norman
Road bisects the
Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge with the
sanctuary area on the north and the shooting area on the south of
the road.
INGRESS AND EGRESS: The property is easily
accessed off of Norman Road. There is a locked gate on Norman Road.
Once you are on the property, traveling around the property is very
easy in any type of weather because of the gravel roads.

three pond areas. The topography is level and is professionally
developed to a beautiful seasonal marsh. The property produces heavy
crops of smartweed and water grass which are both highly sought
