PROPERTY CONDITION: The farming portion of the ranch is well taken care of and has recently been laser leveled with gypsum spread and worked into the soil at 4,000 pounds to the acre. The barn, road and fences are also in very good condition. There is currently no power to the property.
IMPROVEMENTS: There is a 40’x50’ metal barn with a concrete slab (16’x50’) in the middle of the barn.
