LOCATION:  The property is located at the southern boundary of the Llano Seco Wildlife Refuge.  The Llano Seco Wildlife Refuge is one of the largest contiguous properties in northern California that has been protected for wildlife. The Llano Seco Wildlife Refuge is located approximately 65 miles north of our state capitol, Sacramento.

MEMBERSHIP:  There are three (3) owners of the property.  Each owner has a one-third (1/3rd) ownership interest.

WILDLIFE EASEMENT: This property is protected in perpetuity by a State of California Wetland Conservation easement.
