This property has been utilized for cash rent and hunting water fowl. A small group of friends and associates got together years ago to create this duck club. This would be a perfect spot for a small group of hunters wanting a private spot of their own.

The North Butte Club is one of the best clubs in the Butte Sink. I can personally vouch for this property because I have been very fortunate to hunt this property with Tom Fogarty, who is a current member. During most of our hunts we mainly shot greenheads, and I cannot say enough good things about the North Butte. Please call us for a private showing.

This historical club started in the early 1900’s and shoots extremely well. At one time the club had 26 members in 1930 and an old brochure of the property is available for viewing which is quite interesting. The farming income pays for expenses and maintenance each year with any surplus funds saved for future improvements.
