VINEYARD VARIETIES: There is presently one (1) acre of Grenache wine grapes and four (4) acres of Syrah wine grapes that were planted in 2003 (12 years maturity) that have top quality production.
WATER: This ranch is supplied with water from the Nevada Irrigation District (NID). The district’s main line canal traverses through the property. There is a 30,000 gallon
water storage tank located on the property supplied by an agricultural water well that produces 100 gallons of irrigation water per minute. The irrigation water is then filtered and pipelined (gravity flow) to the vineyard via a dripline irrigation system. There is also two good additional “capped” water wells located on the property not being used. There is also a beautiful 2 acre lake on this property.
INCOME: The 5 acre vineyard is contracted with N.C.W.G. Inc. of Nevada City, CA and has produced a gross income of $25,000 to $30,000, m/l annually.
