IRRIGATION:
The subject property has three wells and two low lift pumps. The
runway well produces between 1,500-2,000 G.P.M. The well
northeast of the main house produces approximately 1,000 G.P.M.
The production of the well next to Hwy 99 is unknown. In addition
to the wells, the property is also served by the Orland Artois Water

property also receives drain water from Walker Creek, when it is
available.
