Club Cazadero LLC is organized as a California Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation. An annual assessment is levied to cover the costs. The annual assessment is presently $10,000 dollars for a forty percent (40%) ownership. The Club has rules to the usage and hunting on the Club which members must abide to.
LOCATION: The property is located in the heart of California’s famous District 10 waterfowl area.
INGRESS & EGRESS: To access the Club, head northeast from Marysville on Hwy 20 approximately six (6) miles, m/l to Loma Rica Road. Turn left on Loma Rica Road five and one-half (5.5) miles to Road 276. Turn left (west) on Road 276 one (1) mile to the club property (clubhouse and compound area).
