LOCATION: This property is located on Palermo-Honcut Highway, 2 miles north of Honcut, California. The ranch is approximately 3.5 miles east of Highway 70 and only 60 miles north of Sacramento.
WATER: There are deep wells on the property that supply plenty of water for the hunting. This club utilizes its tail water, along with a bass pond to store and disperse the water throughout the fields. All in all, this club manages its water very efficiently.
MEMBERSHIP: The property is owned by “Different Things, LLC.” Within the LLC there are nine (9) ownership shares, one for each member.
HUNTING: There are five active blinds on the property. There’s 80 acres, referred to as the “brooding ponds,” that isn’t hunted. This area gives the birds a spot to rest and nest down. You have the option of hunting rice fields or ponds at this club.
